Throughout the enrollment process, the student will receive a link to our placement test, which they must complete at least one month before their arrival.

CERTIFICATES and DIPLOMAS

At the end of the course, the student will receive a certificate of attendance and an accredited diploma with a final grade. Both documents include personal data, level achieved, duration, and type of course.

The diploma will show, in addition to the student’s name, level, and total number of course hours, the content taught and the objectives of that level.

If the student has not met the minimum attendance required by the school (80% of the lessons), they will not be entitled to receive either the certificate or the diploma.

CULTURAL BARRIERS

Life in Spain may be very different from the life the student has in their home country. Enjoying a pleasant stay with the family or in any of the different accommodations we offer depends solely on the student. We recommend that you try to have an open mind to adapt to the rules, schedules, customs, and ways of life in Spain. In some cases, the cultural difference may be very large, but our staff will be happy to help you overcome these barriers. You can find useful information on this topic in our student handbook.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVELING TO SPAIN

The documentation required to travel to Spain varies depending on the country you come from. It is essential to travel with a valid passport or identity document. In case the student is a minor, the identity document must be accompanied by parental permission.

There is a list of countries whose citizens must have a valid and current visa to enter Spain. You can consult them on the website of the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y Cooperación.

It is advisable to carry travel insurance and health insurance (or the European Health Insurance Card).

Since conditions may vary, we recommend that you contact the Spanish Consulate or Embassy to verify these requirements before starting your trip.

TYPES OF INSURANCE AVAILABLE

We optionally offer a HEALTH INSURANCE policy to our students. Our insurance is contracted externally and has basic coverage (if the student wishes, coverage can be extended). The insurance would include: diagnostic tests, general medicine and medical specialties, outpatient surgery, and hospitalization.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

To formalize enrollment, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 100 euros. The total cost of the course and accommodation (after deducting the deposit previously paid) must be paid at the latest one week before the start of the course. Said payments can be made in the following ways:
